these are a family favorite- good
1 med. head cabbage
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. accent
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tso.lowerys salt
1 c. cooked rice
1 can tomato soup
1/4 c. water
Steam cabbage til leaves can be easily removed. Chop some smaller leaves and add to meat.Brown burger, add veggies til nice and tender., add seasoning, rice and mix well.
Put 1/2 c. mixture in cabbage leaf. Roll and tie with kitchen string. Repeat til mixture is used up.
Brown in butter, put in casserole. Mix soup and water , pour over rolls.
Bake 1 hour... 375.
