Noodle Bake

Vegetarian food
1 - 8 oz - pkg. wide noodles
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 c. chopped green onions, use tops also
1 c. worthington burger or tvp (textured vegetable protein)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 -8oz- can tomato sauce
1c. grated cheese
Prepare noodles according to pkg. directions.Drain.
Combine noodles with cottage cheese, sour cream,
& onions. Brown burger.
Add salt, garlic powder & tomato sauce.
Place 1/2 the burger mixture in a 9x13 dish, Cover with
noodles, top with remaining burger. Sprinkle with cheese.
350 oven -20 to 30 min.
