1 can golden mushroom soup
1 1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 egg slightly beaten
1/3 c. water
season with salt, pepper, garlic ( your choice)
Combine1/4. c. soup, beef, crumbs, onions,& eggs. Mix thoroughly, Shape into 6 patties Brown on both sides . Drain fat, Blend remaining soup and water.Pour over steaks.Cover an cook on low 20. min. or til done
