Pecan Loaf

2 tbs. butter, melt in saucepan
1 small onion, chopped, add to butter and steam
1 c. chopped celery add to butter.
Add & remove from heat:
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. ww crumbs
1/4 c. chopped parsley
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. sage
add to other ingredients, mix well.
Bake in oiled pan.
35 to 45 min.
