Cabbage Patch Soup

2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. chopped bell peppers
1 - 6 oz can tomato paste
2 tbs. chili powder
1 tsp. minced parsley
salt & pepper
1 can kidney beans, rinsed & drained
3 beef bouillon cubes
1 large hd. cabbage
8 to 11 c. water
1 tsp. oregano, crushed
Brown beef, onions, garlic,peppers Add everything but cabbage.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in 1 c. hot water. Slowly add shredded
cabbage.
Cook til done.
