Place large chicken in soup kettle. with cold water
Simmer til tender, cool, remove skin, debone
cut in pieces.
Saute 2 c. diced celery, 1/2 c.. chopped onion
in 1/4 lb. butter.
Add 1 c. flour, stir & cook 10 min.
Add 6 c. milk, 6 c. chicken broth.
Stir til thickened, add more broth if needed.
Add 1 c. rice ( cooked) and 1-2 c. chicken.
