1/4 c. butter
2 c. cooked beef or chicken, cut in thin strips
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
2 c. diced celery
dash pepper
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 can bean sprouts, drained
or 1 can chinese vegetables
2 tbs. cold water
2 tbs. cornstarch
1 tbs. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
Cook as usual
Serve over rice.
