Another Broccoli Casserole

1 - 16 oz - pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 bunch fresh, cooked
6 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 c. dairy processed cheese spread
1 c. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. Salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper
Topping:
1/4 c. butter, melted
10 saltines, crushed
Cook and drain broccoli well. Chop fine. Add eggs,
cheese, sour cream, soup, salt and pepper. Blend
Turn into a lightly buttered 9x13 pan.
To prepare topping:
Combine melted butter, cracker crumbs. Sprinkle
over casserole. , or use sliced almonds.
Bake 350 20 min.
