Baby Glazed Carrots, Emeril Style

1 -1 lb. - bag baby carrots
3 tbs. unsalted butter
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. maple syrup
2 tbs. orange juice
ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. salt
Mix all in heavy saucepan, bring
to boil over med high heat, stir
occasionally til carrots are tender,
& sauce becomes a shiny glaze.
about 15 min
