Bowtie Pasta Bowl

3 c. chicken broth
6 ounces uncooked dry bowtie pasta
1/8 tsp. dried pepper flakes
1 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 med. tomato , seeded and diced
1 c. packed spinach, coarsley chopped
about 1 oz. total
3 tbs. chopped basil
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
4 tsp. grated parmesean cheese
1. Bring broth to boil over high heat in large saucepan
Add pasta and pepper flakes.
Return to boil, reduce heat, cover tightly and simmer 10
min. or til pasta is done , Add chicken and cook 1 min.
to heat thoroughly.
2. Remove from heat and stir in tomatoes, greens, basil
and salt.
Spoon equal amounts in four shallow bowls. Top with
equal amounts of mozzarella and parmesean.
Serve with fresh slices of melon, and ice tea with lemon
