Breaded Steaks

Breaded Steaks
Easy
2 lb. sirloin top steaks
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1 pkg. seasoned bread crumbs,( 15 oz.)
1/4 c. oil
flour
Cut steaks into serving pieces or cook whole and cut later
Season steaks with salt and papper, then coat with flour, then beaten egg, then bread crumbs.
fry in skillet til desired doneness.
