Broccoli Hash Brown Quiche

good!
3 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 1/2 c. frozen broccoli cuts, thawed
4 eggs
1 c. - 8 oz - sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper
1 c. - 4 oz - shredded colby or monterey jack cheese
Press potatoes on bottom and up sides of a greased
9 in. pie pan, forming a shell. Sprinkle with broccoli
In a bowl, beat the eggs, sour cream , salt & pepper.
Stir in cheese, pour over broccoli.
Bake 350 55 to 65 min. (knife test).
Let stand 5 min.
Use frozen hash browns, needs a little more seasoning,
maybe pepper jack cheese, garlic, onions, cayenne pepper.
Be sure and season potatoes, this looks nice baked.
