1 med. hd. cabbage, about 2 lb, cut in wedges
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. minced chives
1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
1 tbs. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. fresh thyme or 1/2 tsp. dried
1/4. c. shredded cheddar cheese
Place cabbage in a large saucpan, cover with water
& bring to a boil. Cover & simmer 8-10 min. or til tender.
Meanwhile, combine butter, chives, onions, parsley,
lemon juice & thyme.
Drain cabbage, transfer to serving platter, Drizzle
with herb butter.
Sprinkle with cheese if desired.
