Chinese Wok Delight

1 lb. fresh firm tofu
1 can mushrooms
1/2 lb. chinese cabbage or bok choy
1/2 lb. zuchinni
1/4 lb. snow peas
3 tbs. peanut oil
1 tbs. soy sauce
1 c. water
1/2 c. bamboo shoots
1 onion
1/2 c. carrots
1 c. braised gluten pieces
Shred cabbage, wash and slice other veggies.
Stir fry tofu & mushrooms 2 min
Stir fry remaining veggies, 2 min.
Add liquid and simmer 10 min.
sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
Serve with steamed rice..
