Chickettes Do Pep

1 c. do pep
1 c. water
1 tbs. flour
1. put water in do pep, mix in flour, set aside 1/2 hr.
2.. Shape into patties. Put in simmering broth. 1 hour.
3. May be rolled in seasoned flour & fried, use in
soups or ?
Broth:
5 c. water
3 tbs. mckays chicken seasoning
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbs. celery seed
