Crunchy Corn Medley

2 c. frozen Peas, thawed
1 can - 15 1/4 oz - wk corn, drained
1 can - 15 1/4 oz. - white or sho peg corn , drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained & chopped
1 jar -4 oz - diced pimentos, drained
8 green onions, sliced
2 celery ribs, sliced
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. veg. oil
1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper
In large bowl, combine first 8 ingredients.
In small bowl, combine rest of ingredients.
Pour over corn, mix well & refrigerate.
at least 3 hours.
Stir just before serving.
