Easy Beef Brisket

Easy
1 trim brisket
red pepper, black pepper, salt,garlic powder, worcestershire sauce and a cooking bag.
Sprinkle both sides of brisket with red pepper and spices. Place brisket in bag.
Place bag in roaster, bake at 325 til thick end is fork tender ( 20 minutes per pound)
When done, remove brisket from bag, let rest 15 min, and slice.
