Emerils Oven Fried Chicken


3 1/2 lb chicken, cut in pieces
Marinade:
1 c. buttermilk
2 tbs. red pepper sauce or mild red hot sauce
1 tbs. baby bam
2 tsp. minced garlic
Marinate chicken 1 to 3 hours
Breading mixture:
2 c. plain bread crumbs
2 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. dried oregano
2 tbs. baby bam
Coat chicken with this mixture, bake in oven 375 til brown and crispy. about 45 minutes
