these are very good!
A family Receipe
2 lb. hamburger
2 cans mild enchilada sauce,
grated cheddar cheese
1 small onion, chopped
corn tortillas
1 can chopped green chilies
Brown meat and onion, add part of a can of sauce,
add chilies, also add some grated cheese.
Stir and keep warm.
Cook shells, like for tacos, Put a spoonful of meat
on each tortilla roll and put in 9x13 pan.
Pour remaining sauce on top. Sprinkle cheese on top.
