1 tbs. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. chicken broth
3 tbs. oil
1/4 lb. fresh green beans, cut in 1/2 in. pieces
3 small onions, cut in wedges
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 med. zuchinni, sliced
1 med. red or green bell pepper, cut in strips
1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
1 tomato, cut in wedges
1/4 c. minced fresh basil
Mix salt,starch, broth, set aside
Stir fry all but tomato,basil, 1 tsp. lemon juice.
Remove , then add broth mix, cook til thickened,
1 min.
Add remaining ingredients..Heat thru..
