Garlic Smashed Red Potatoes

1 1/2 lb. red potatoes, quartered
2 cloves garlic
3/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
2 tbs. chopped fresh parsley
1 tbs. chopped fresh chives
3/4 tsp. salt- 1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard powder
Additional butter, optional
Combine potatoes, garlic in enough
water to cover. Cook til tender.
Drain & mash. Add butter & rest of
ingredients. Serve topped with more
butter if desired
