Italian Meatballs

1/2 c. shredded yellow cheese
1/2 c. chopped pecans
4 large eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. bread or cracker crumbs
1/2 c.clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
Sauce
1 - 8 ounce
tomato sauce
1 c. water
pinch cumin powder
Combine all but sauce. Shape into balls. Drop into 375 fat. fry til set.
Place cheese balls in baking dish,
Cover with sauce. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 1/2 hour. 375 oven til heated thru.
