Italian Spaghetti

2 lb. hamburger
1 large onion, chopped
2 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. salad oil
2 can tomato sauce & 2 cans tomato paste
1 tsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. rosemary
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. sage
cooked spaghetti
2 1/2 c. parmesean cheese
Brown beef, onions and garlic in oil. Add mushrooms, cook 15 min. Add tom. sauce and paste,parsley and seasonings. Simmer, covered 2 hours.
Combine sauce with spaghetti in greased casserole. Top with parmesean cheese.
Bake 325 30 min.
