2 large chicken breasts, cut in strips
1 tbs. cornstarch
2 tbs. dry sherry
3/4 tsp. peeled ginger root
1/8 tsp. monnosodium Glutemate
1/3 c. salad oil
3/4 c. walnuts
1 - 15 oz- can straw mushrooms, drained
1/4 lb. snow peas
1 small can bamboo shoots
Mix well:
Chicken strips,
cornstarch,
sherry,
ginger root,
mono glut.,
1 1/2 tsp. salt,
Toast walnuts in wok over high heat
about 3 min.
Drain on paper towels.
Stir fry chicken, etc.
Proceed as usual.
