1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. ground mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 to 1/2 dried tarragon & black pepper
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
In shallow bowl, combine butter, mustard,& garlic salt
In another bowl combine crumbs, tarragon & pepper.
Dip chicken in butter, then crumbs.Place in a 9x13 pan
Bake uncovered, 375 - 20 to 25 min. or til juices run clear.
