Moving Day Casserole

3/4 c. vegeburger
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbs. parsley
2 tbs. oil
2 c. tomato sauce
1 cup tomato paste
3/4 c. ginger ale
1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. cayenne
1/2 tsp. oregano and basil
1/4 tsp. thyme and marjoram
1 pkg lasagna noodles
1 c. cottage cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
8 oz. mozzarella cheese
parmesean cheese
Saute vegeburger, onion, garlic, bell pepper, parsley in oil.
Add tomato paste and sauce, Stir in ginger ale and seasoning.
Cook noodles and drain.
Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, & sour cream.
In large casserole, spread 1/2 of noodles. Cover with cheese
mixture, Then tomato & veg. mixture. Then layer remaining
noodles. Cover noodles with mozzarella. & parmesean.
Bake 350 about 30 min.
