Broccoli Casserole

1 - 16 0z- pkg, frozen broccoli or 1 bunch fresh, cooked
6 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 c. diced processed cheese spread
1 c. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. salt- 1/4 tsp pepper
TOPPING
1/4 c. margarine, melted
10 saltine crackers
Cook and drain broccoli well. chop fine. Add eggs, cheese, sour cream, soup, salt & pepper
Blend. Turn into a lightly buttered 9x13 baking dish.
TO PREPARE TOPPING
Combine melted butter, & crackers. Sprinkle over casserole. or use sliced almonds.
Bake 350 - 20 min.
Serves 16
