Pasta With Beef,Broccoli & Tomatoes

3 c. uncooked rotini pasta - 9 oz.
3/4 lb. boneless sirloin, cut in 1/4 in strips
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. - 16 oz - fresh or frozen broccoli cuts
1 can - 14 1/2 oz - diced tomatoes with roasted garlic, undrained
1 can - 14 1/2 oz - beef broth
2 tbs. cornstarch.
2 tbs. worcestershire sauce
1. Cook and drain pasta as directed
2. Spray 12 in. skillet with pam, med. high heat
Add beef to skillet, sprinkle with pepper, Cook
2 - 3 min. stirring frequently til brown. Stir in
broccoli, tomatoes and broth, Cover and simmer
about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally til broccoli is
crisp tender.
3. Mix cornstarch and worcestershire, Stir into beef
mixture. Heat to boiling, Stirring constantly, boil
and stir 1 min.
Toss beef mixture & pasta. Serve.
