1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbs. oil
2 c. sliced celery
1 can mushroom soup 1 pkg. - 10 oz - frozen
mixed veggies, thawed.
2 c. cooked rice
2 tbs. soy suce
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can - 3 oz - chinese noodles
Brown meat, onions, garlic in oil.
Add celery, soup & thawed veggies.
Stir in rice & seasonings.
Turn into a greased 2 1/2 qt. casserole.
Cover and bake 25 min. at 350. Remove
cover and top with noodlesReturn to oven for 5 min.
serves 6 - 8
