Spaghetti

use slow cooker
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. chopped onion
2 cans - 14 1/2 oz- diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can tomato paste
1 bay leaf
1 tbs. brown sugar
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 - 2 tsp. dried basil
1 - 2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 to 1 tsp. dried thyme
Saute beef with onion & garlic til brown. Drain.
Transfer to slow cooker.
Add all ingredients, cook on low 7 to 8 hours.
Discard bay leaf
