Steak Fajitas

Easy...
1 pound boneless sirloin, cut in thin strips
2 tsp. canola oil
1 med green bell pepper, cut in strips
1 med. onion, cut in thin strips
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. salsa
flour tortillas -8 inch - warmed
In a non stick skillet, brown beef in oil, drain. Add all ingredients except salsa, cook and stir 5 minutes til veggies are crisp tender. Add salsa, cook three minutes longer til heated thru.
Spoon 3/4 c. beef mixture down center of each tortilla. Roll up and serve.
