2 -10 oz - pkgs. frozen spinach, thawed & squeezed dry.
3 tbs. unsalted butter
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. baby bam seasoning. Look for this receipe ,
in my collection, or use your favorite.
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbs. flour
2 c. heavy cream
Cook onions in butter, stirring til soft.
about 4 min.
Add garlic, baby bam, thyme & salt.
Cook 2 min. Add spinach and stir to
mix well.
Sprinkle flour over spinach & stir well,
to combine, Cook for 2 min, stirring
constantly.
Add cream, stir well. Bring to a boil
Simmer uncovered 20 min.
Serve immediately.
I have not tried this receipe yet. How-
ever, every receipe I have tried from
this chef has been excellent..
