3 c. sliced carrots
4 green onions, cut in 1/2 in. slices
1/4 c. pineapple juice
2 tbs. honey
2 tbs. butter
1 tbs. vinegar
1 tbs. cornstarch
1 tsp. soy sauce
Cook carrots til crisp tender,
Drain.
In separate pan combine remaining
ingredients.Cook & stir til bubbly.
Stir in carrots.
Serves 4
