Creamy Carolina Coleslaw

2 tbs. fresh lemon juice
1 c. mayonaise
1 c. sour cream
2 tbs. sugar
2 tbs. cider vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seeds
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp. hot sauce
2 - 16 oz - pkg. coleslaw mix.
Stir together first 10 ingredients in a large bowl.
add coleslaw mix, tossing well to coat. Cover
and chill 1 hour. Serve with a slotted spoon..
