Breaded Tomato Slices

1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 tbs. finely chopped green onions
1 tbs. grated parmesean cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. italian seasoning
1/4 c. milk
4 med tomatoes, sliced 1/4 in. thick
2 tbs. olive oil
1/3 to 1/2 shredded mozzarella cheese
In shallow bowl, combine crumbs, onions,
parmesean cheese, salt & italian seasoning,
Mix well.
Place milk in another bowl, Dip tomato slices
in milk, then coat with crumbs.
In a large skillet, heat oil, fry tomato
slices for 2 min. each side or til golden brown.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.,
