1 pkg. - 14 oz. - seasoned bread cubes
2 1/2 c. boiling chicken broth
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
4 eggs beaten
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. rubbed sage
3 c. cubed cooked chicken
In a large bowl, combine stuffing cubes and broth; Stir til broth is absorbed.. In a large skillet, saute onion and celery in butter til tender.
Remove from heat, stir in soup. eggs, poultry seasoning and sage.
Add to stuffing mixture, stir to combine.., fold in chicken.
transfer to a greased 13 x9 baking dish..
Cover and bake 350 for 45 to 50 min. or til a meat thermomentor reads 160.
