Turkey Breakfast Sausage

Good and leaner!
1 pound lean ground turkey
3/4.tbs.. salt
1/2 tsp. rubbed sage
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Crumble turkey into a large bowl. Add all spices, Shape into 8 - 2in - patties
In a non stick skillet coated with pam, cook patties over med. heat 6-8 min
on each side. or til no longer pink. and a meat thermomentor reaches 165,
