1 1/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 chpped onion
1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pkg taco seasoning mix or chili seasoning
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. chopped olives
1 - 8 oz - crescent roll
1 1/2 to 2 c. crushed corn chips
1 c. sour cream
6 slices american cheese or 1 c. shredded cheddar
Shredded lettuce tomato and onions
Brown beef, onions and garlic. Drain.Stir in seasoning,
water and olives. Simmer 5 min.
Press crescent roll into a 9 -10 pie pan., pressing to form
a crust.
Sprinkle 1 c. corn chips over bottom of crust. Meat in crust ,
Layer sour cream over meat, cover with cheese. Sprinkle
on remaining chips.
375 for 20 to 25 min. til crust is brown
Serve in wedges, top with lettuce and tomatoes, onions.
