1 1/2 lb. broccoli in florets or use cauliflower florets
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. bisquick
1/4 c. firm butter
Heat 1 in. salted water in a saucepan to
boiling. add broccoli, cover & cook til
tender.About 10 min., drain.
Place broccoli in 1 1/2 qt. round casserole.
Heat oven to 400 . Beat soup & milk til smooth.
Pour over broccoli and sprinkle with cheese.
Mix bisquick & butter til crumbly.
Sprinkle over cheese.Bake til crumbs are
goldn brown.About 20 min.
Note:
2 pkgs - 10 oz - each frozen broccoli
may be used.
