Lorettas Chocolate Dream Dessert

1 st. layer- 1 c. butter, 1 c. flour, make like pie crust.add 1/2 c. chopped nuts. Pat down in a 9 x13 pan, tight., bake 350 12 to 18 min.

2 nd. layer-1 - 8 ounce cream cheese, 1 c. powdered sugar, cream well. add 2 c. cool whip.Spread on baked crust.

3 rd. layer- 1 large instant chocolate pudding, 1 large instant vanilla pudding, 4 c. milk, 1 tsp. vanilla, Mix all in mixer.Layer on top of cream cheese mixture. Layer of cool whip on top.
