Saute'ed Spinach

2 tbs. olive oil
1 large bunch spinach, stems removed & washed
1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
salt & pepper
Heat oil with garlic, Cook over med heat
til golden.
Then add spinach, turning and stirring.
Add Salt & pepper.
Add a few drops of vinegar or hot pepper
sauce at the end of cooking.
This is very Tasty!
