Vegetarian Four Cheese Spinach Bake

8 eggs, beaten, can use egg beaters
4 c. small curd cottage cheese
15 oz, ricotta cheese
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
10 ounces frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped green onions

In a large bowl, combine eggs, cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, flour and salt. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into a pam sprayed 9 x 13 baking dish and bake uncovered, 350 - 40 to 45 min. or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
This is good, I've served it for the soldiers many times, never have any left
