Cashew Nut Loaf

Saute 2 tsp. oil & 2 tbs. water , 1 large onion, chopped
Put onions in mixing bowl.
2 c. brown rice, cooked
2 c. soy milk
1 tsp. salt
4 tbs. parsley chopped
2 tsp. onion powder
1 c. cashew pieces, rinsed
4 slices ww bread, crumbled
2 tbs. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. sage
Mix well, place in oiled casserole and bake.
350 for 1 hour.
