Fri Chik & Noodle Casserole

1 med. onion
1/2 c. diced celery
2 Tbs. olive oil
1 small can fri chik, diced, do not drain
1/4 c. red pimentos, diced
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg washington broth
17 ounces, cooked, drained noodles
1 cup crushed potato chips
1 c. shredded cheese , your choice of cheese
Saute onion , celery in oil til tender, do not brown
Add fri chik and liquid, pimento. Add mushroom soup, broth and mix in noodles.
Top with cheese and potato chips
Bake 325 til heated thoroughly, about 40 min.
