Lentil Loaf

1 c. cooked lentils
1/2 c. coarsley chopped nut meats
1 egg
1 large can evaporated milk
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. corflakes, crushed
onion to taste
salt to taste
combine all. Bake in loaf pan.
350 - 45 min.
serves 6
