Mexican Casserole

1 lb ground beef
1 celery rib chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 envelope taco seasoning
1/4 c. water
2 cans - 16 oz. each - refried beans
1 can green chilies
1 c. -4 oz - shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions, sliced
1 large tomato , peeled seeded and chopped
1/3 c. ripe chopped olives
1 1/2 c. crushed tortilla chips
In a large skillet, cook beef celery, onions over med heat
til meat no longer pink. Use oil if making vegetarian.
Stir in taco seasoning, water, beans and green chilies.
Mix well. Pour into 9x13 baking dish.
Bake uncovered, 350 - for 30 min or til heated thru.
Top with cheese, green onions, tomatoes, olives and chips.
