1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated parmesean cheese
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 c. milk
1 lb. boneless, skinless turkey breast slices
1/4 c. oil
Pour milk into bowl. In shallow bowl combine crumbs
cheese and italian seasoning.
Dip turkey in milk then crumbs.
In skillet over med. heat, cook in oil 8 -10 min. or til
juices run clear.
