7 lb. brisket, trimmed
1 can beef connsomme
3 tbs. vinegar
3 oz soy sauce
1 tbs. liquid smoke
1 clove garlic, minced
wrap in plastic wrap, Use zip lock bag, put all in bag. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
Put in roaster & cook 250 oven 4 to 5 hours.
Cool and skim off fat.
