Chicken Alfredo With Pasta

Chicken Alfredo & Pasta
1 lb. penne rotini Pasta1 bunch - 1 1/4 lb - broccoli, cut bite size
4 chicken thighs, cut in 1 in. pieces
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
3 tbs. flour
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/3 c. parmesean cheese
1 tsp. pepper
Cook pasta, adding broccoli last 5 minutes
of cooking time.
Melt 1 tbs. butter in large non stick skillet,
over med high heat. Add chicken & garlic,
cook 2 minutes
Melt remaining butter , add flour, cook
stirring 1 min. Whisk in milk & nutmeg Bring
to a gentle boil, stir 3 - 4 min. or til thickened.
Stir in chicken.Reserve 3/4 c. pasta water, drain pasta, return
to pot. Add reserved water, sauce, cheese & pepper. Mix well
