Corn Fritters

2 c. wk corn, drained, save liquid
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
oil for frying,
cook til golden brown
Beat eggs, add salt, flour, corn liquid
to make a smooth batter. Add corn,
drop by spoonfuls in hot oil..
